Owner Kavon Samimi graduated University of California SB. An innovator in the industry Kavon established him-self as a proven leader in the 3D movement by implementing Google SketchUp within the Geography program at UCSB. Kavon, a published Google Earth modeler has multiple UCSB Campus buildings featured on Google Earth. Since graduating Kavon has been working with W.E O'Neil, and AG Design Works implementing the latest BIM(Building Information Modeling) innovations in all aspects of construction. Samimi Associates has been praised by owners who see BIM benefiting their project in all aspects from start to finish.
